We are currently looking for

Sr. IT Project Analyst, Hartford, CT:

• Work closely with Project Manager to document product/project vision/scope.
• Identify project stakeholders, prioritize requirements.
• Write requirements specs, develop BDD.
• Work closely with IT team.
• Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, nonfunctional requirements.
• Represent requirements using alternative view (analysis models, diagrams, prototypes, etc.).
• Participate in peer reviews or work products; create traceability matrix. Identify errors, defects and report.
• Manage change orders and track scope creeps.
• Assist QA team, perform scenario gathering. Utilize MS Project, J2EE, Visio in multiplatform environment.
